Name: Mottledstar
Clan: TwilightClan
Rank: Leader
Age: 24 moons
Appearance: Mottledstar is a dainty she-cat. Very small with fragile looking features. Most cats would precieve her as a lost kittypet or an older looking kitten. However, Mottledstar holds herself with poise and grace. Her movements are agile, quick, precise, and above all; graceful. Her pelt is that of a calico with silkly long fur. The color of her pelt is orange with black splotches all over. Half her face is black, the other half orange. While there's a white splash beneath her eye and one the bridge of her nose. Her chest is pure white. She has a very cute, rosey red, heart-shaped nose. Her eyes are out lined with black fur coloring. Her eyes are a dull green color and they appear distant; as if she is lost in a deep sleep. She never seems alert since her eyes are in that constant state. However, once Mottledstar is "awakened" her eyes become alive. They become a beautiful amazon green color that is strikingly beauiful but deadly. Most cats don't like meeting the eyes of Mottledstar because they feel as if the young leader is looking through them into their very being; their soul. Of course that is just what it feels like, there's no possible way Mottledstar could ever do such a thing... Right? Her voice is bell-like in an almost child-like way. Very innocent and very beautiful. It's a voice that you would never forget, a hauntingly beautiful voice that would keep you tossing and turning when you slept.
Personality: Mottledstar's personality can not be defined.
However.
Mottledstar walks and talks as if she's in a never ending dream. Even though on the outside she appears dim-witted and lost it is simply an illusion and all of TwilightClan knows that. Mottledstar is actually a truly terrifying she-cat. She's calculative and is always observing. Creating strategies with her highly developed brain. She is super intellegant and solves problems with ease. She knows that others don't realize what a threat she is until it is too late, so she thrives on "smoke screens" and "mirrors"; "Illusions" and what not. She can tap into a basic cat's emotions and tamper with them, leaving him/her shattered--mentally. She enjoys playing mind games and she loves a challenge. She thrives on secretcy. That is, after all, how her clan is surviving.
As a leader, Mottledstar always gives newcomers a home. But that doesn't mean that particular cat can stay. If he/she breaks a rule or she finds that cat isn't suitable for her clan she will kick that cat out or create a lot of problems for that cat. Her clan respects her decisons and her. They know how she appears but they know better than to mess with her. But they live with no fear. Mottledstar is open to all concerns and thoughts, she leads with grace and precision.
History:
Mottledstar, was brought to Twilightclan as a kitten. Her mother was known as ShadowWalker and her father was named Snype (rouge). Twilightclan was just becoming a clan which was made up of rouges or ex-clan cats who thought they did not belong within their clan for whatever reason. The clan had a leader on the rise whom most Twilighter's listened to. He went by the name, Ashen. He had not traveled to the moon stone to be accepted by the noble and great Starclan. He feared that he wouldn't not be accepted due to his rouge origins but none-the-less he planned to go there soon to get his lives. Ashen accepted the three newcomers without a second though, he needed more members to make up a tough, battle ready clan. Mottledstar was made an apprentice soon enough, about 4 moons after her arrival. By then the clan was organized and was following most of the clans traditions. However, when she became an apprentice she was not given a specific mentor. All warrior cats were her mentor so she learned many different strategies and many different combat moves. All the cats that trained her were different and most had different origins. Mottledstar trained harder than most apprentice and became a warrior at a very young age. By then Ashen had named his deputy which was ShadowWalker, her own mother. She was overjoyed when her mother was named the Deputy but she had a sinking feeling that something bad was about to happen. Which, it did. When Mottledstar turned 22 moons two large foxes took out her mother, father, many other cats, and Ashen. Cats were shocked and outraged that Ashen had died of his wounds. Most had thought he had his nine lives from Starclan. Mottledstar found out that he went but didn't actually get his nine lives from Starclan. He tried but no one came and it was because he never actually believed in Starclan. Mottledstar didn't know what to say. She was shocked and was trying to cope with all the deaths that had happened, including her parents. Her only kin. Then, Ashen's dieing words had shaken Mottledstar to the core. It was then and there where Ashen had spoken the ceremonial words and made Mottledstar the next leader above everyone. She is too young, some protested. Too inexperienced, other's called out. Mottledstar at first believed them too but something deep within her drove her to accept Ashen's last words and that's when she became the leader of Twilightclan. It's only been two moons since Ashen's death and she has total control of Twilightclan. Must to her satisfaction.

Roleplay Sample:
Mottledpaw sat alone in the small clearing. She felt uneasy as the shadows seemed to grow wildly around her. She was supposed to meet one of her mentors here but she was no where in sight and she couldn't scent her coming at all.
Was this a trick? Mottledpaw thought with confusion as she stared at her mottled orange and black paws. I'll give her a couple minutes before returning back to camp, she thought as she began sheathing and unsheathing her claws against the soft soil. It wasn't like Silence to be late.
She knew Mottledpaw was waiting infact she could see her very clearly from underneath the thorn bush she had been hiding in. Come on, Mottledpaw. Silence thought sharply, use your senses. The black she-cat slipped out of the thorn bush in one, smooth motion. Everything was quiet. So quiet that Silence could hear Mottledpaw's increased breathing. You can feel my presence, can't you? Silence urged as she stalked closer. Her muscles rippled beautifully underneath her sleek black pelt. She had the markings of a pure killer. Born and bred.
"Silence?" Mottledpaw meowed uncertainly as she slowly stood up on her four, large paws. She felt unnerved. Something is out there, she thought as she strained her ears to hear something. Anything.
And I had such high hopes for you, little one. Silence thought before she sprung at Mottledpaw. She bowled over the small, delicate figure that was Mottledpaw with ease. Mottledpaw had been caught off guard and had no time to counter Silence's attack, which could've killed Motledpaw if it were a real battle.
"Mottledpaw." Silence's voice was dead calm as she stared down at her apprentice. Silence had Mottledpaw pinned down and had her claws digging into her shoulders. Her acid green eyes bore holes in Mottledpaw's intense amazon green colored ones.
"Ah," Mottledpaw frowned. "I didn't hear you coming." She finally meowed, looking away.
"But you could sense me."
Mottledpaw only nodded. Refusing to look at her. If cats could blush Mottledpaw would be blushing right now. She could feel her cheeks become hot with embarrassment. Stupid mistake, she scolded herself. Stupid, mouse-brained mistake.
"Trust your instincts," Silence meowed curtly as she gracefully jumped off Mottledpaw. "We'll try that again some other time. When you least expect it, of course." Clearly, amused, Silence padded off flicking her tail for Mottledpaw to follow. "Come on then. Keep up." She meowed before dissloving into the shadows.
Mottledpaw ran after her, her delicate form engulfed in the looming shadows.
